The building has 10-floors. The ground floor and 7 floors are intended solely for office activities, and two basement floors are intended for parking purposes. Visitors have acces to additional external parking spaces in the facility. The underground work are auxiliary and technical areas. Last floor measures across the width of 2.15 m inwards, which represents the terrace. The main access is on the western side of the Verovškova street. Access to facility is through the glass entrance with double automatic doors.. Layout is designed so that each floor can be divided into two independent, fully functional offices closed on each side of the building. Communication center, which, with two lift and staircase parts of two structural units, is located in the center of the facility. Each office unit is assigned with additional fire stairs. Areas in the offices of the typical floors measure 515m2 or 355 m2. Each floor has room for two office units. It is possible to rent an the entire floor measuring 910 m2 in size.
