COMMERCIAL BUILDING ČRNUČE - Ljubljana

Commercial facility Črnuče will be built in Ljubljana, in the area of the Brnčičeva street. Building permit has been obtained, completion is foreseen in 2010. The facility is designed as a modern commercial building, which is based on the individuality of each customer - tenant. Floor design follows the thoughts that will make the facility more flexible, allowing efficient formation of smaller and larger work units. Each work unit will be operated independently, which means that it will have its own access to the elevator or the stairs, their own toilets, kitchen and tea room for each user. The design of the facility is a reinforced concrete skeleton construction with aluminum glass facade, interior partitions will dry mounting.
There are double floors allowing flexibility of the internal fitting. Finishing walls, pressure and sanitation will be carried out in high quality materials. Particular emphasis is made on the conception and design of the facility in relation to the economic use of energy , the building was designed with purpose thermal insulation, facade and mechanical installations. Heating is designed with a heat pump system which is currently the cheapest way of heating. The total area in the 6th floors will be 10,000 m2. Parking will be accommodated in the basement floor, where they will be 103 parking spaces in the garage at the facility, which will be 260 parking spaces. The facility will be equipped with electrical and IT installations which will allow the

implementation of "smart house". Business building is intended for companies and individuals whose goal is to operate in top-level facility for a favorable price than in the city center.
