Object D is located next to Litostrojska cesta near the Ljubljana bypass and right next new Alešovčeva road, on the north part of the industrial zone Šiška. The object dimensions are 17m x 50m and the object consists of a cellar + ground floor + first and second floor with common size adding up to app. 3.500 m2. It is built of concrete structures, in black marble facade. On the frontside there is a glass cube with emphasized red elements. The second cube is facing the soon to be Aleševčeva road, in the form of the outside staircase encased in glass. The object has a garage in the cellar 1000m2 in area with a heated acces ramp and an acces control for a least 38 cars. Nine parking spaces are also available on the outside parking area- and parking is also possible alongside the object.

The ground floor measures 4m in height and has one sanitary core of 780m2 in area. The first and second floor measure 830m2 in area. Both floors have two sanitary cores and two staircases. In each floor there is also a freight elevator.
