"There are plenty of new buildings in Ljubljana, too, on elite locations, some builders and investors are already announcing the construction of dozens, some even hundreds of flats. The common denominator of the majority is that they are near the center of the capital, which will also be known at their price. Most of them are projects that were designed in pre-crisis times, but for some reason or another, they stopped, then replaced the owners, and now the cleaned ones are returning to the market, "says Vanja Tekavec and then describes how much and what kind of housing they are coming to market, how much will it cost, and how it will affect the Ljubljana real estate market.
